Demotivational Poster Series 1

Welcome to the Despair Inc. demotivational poster series. It's time to forget about all the motivational posters you've heard about and savor these  beautiful demotivational posters. They could be funny, serious or outright challenging. Ideal pieces for the office. We've had them arranged alphabetically.

demotivational posters: achievement Achievement: a result gained by effort; a great or heroic deed. What strikes me most about this demotivational poster is the fact that it states that "with an endless supply of expendable labor" you can always get the job done. Fact indeed. How else could these magnificent monuments have been erected thousands of years ago. Even today, the story goes on in....(you guessed it!)
demotivational posters: adversity Adversity: a state of hardship or affliction; misfortune. Poor little tree!
demotivational posters: agony

Ouch! Now, this picture hurts. Agony: an intense pain of mind and body

demotivational posters: ambition Ambition: an eager or strong desire to achieve something; the object or goal desired. Salmons usually travel several hundreds of miles for the sole purpose of spawning. But sometimes, and quite often, that journey ends very, very, very badly. Couldn't be further from the truth or more demotivating.
demotivational posters: apathy Apathy: Lack of interest or concern especially regarding matters of general importance or appeal; indifference. The cobwebs tell the whole story: the customer is not always king.
demotivational posters: arrogance Arrogance: a feeling of superiority manifested in an overbearing manner; overbearing pride. King of beasts and lord of the jungle.
demotivational posters: change Change: to become different or undergo alteration; to undergo transformation. With a hungry shark in sight, you can almost be sure of that.
demotivational posters: cluelessness Clueless: lacking understanding or knowledge; completely bewildered; unaware, ignorant or foolish. Then ignorance can sometimes be bliss, so long as you keep quiet.
demotivational posters: conformity Conformity: action or behavior in correspondence with socially accepted standards or conventions; an act or instance of conforming. Hope you'd now fully understand what it means next time you're called a zebra.
demotivational posters: consulting

Consulting: to ask the advice or opinion of; to consult an individual. Only wish Arthur Anderson and Enron had had this hanging "honestly" in all their offices. Then it may never have happened!
