An
in-depth look at demotivational posters - Indifference

Indifference,
is the condition of showing no interest whatsoever, especially in matters of
grave concern.
The
Indifference demotivational poster, utilizing the phrase "It takes 43
muscles to frown and 17 to smile, but it doesn't take any to just sit there with
a dumb look on your face", praises indifference from a satirical and
sarcastic point of view. Indeed, no energy is exerted, and definitely no facial
muscles are involved when you choose to just sit and do nothing.
And
probably, that's why a growing number of people in society are becoming
indifferent to issues. It requires no effort. It is the easiest alternative, and
what else could be more beautiful than getting others to do all the work or
bother about the problems?
Indifference
sometimes connotes a degree of indolence. For those who choose to be neither
indifferent nor indolent must be ready to exert both energy and facial muscles
to get the job done. Alternatively, get others to do the work!
